Good Dear Good – sook

Good Dear Good are an indie pop-rock band from Halifax, and their September 2025 EP, sook, is their second studio release. I was instantly hooked by the energy and good vibes they put out. They have a real signature style with the shirts and ties, and the album cover photo drew me in, if I’m being honest. What can I say, I’m a visual person, and album artwork has always played a big role in my music choices over the years.

The seven-track EP gave me a really summer vibe with their update energy and harmonies, and its definitely a fun driving record, I can confirm.

The standout track for me was “Fool Me”. Something about that one just stuck with me and had me singing it to myself for the rest of the day after listening.
